1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our only payment method. You can pay securely using your PayPal account or with a credit card through PayPal's secure payment gateway.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, we process it within 1-2 business days. After processing, your order will be shipped within 6-10 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 7-12 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or holidays.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
4. Do you charge for shipping?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no shipping fees or hidden costs associated with your purchase.
5. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. If you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at support@lindgren-mode.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with tags still attached.
- Return Shipping: If the customer made a wrong order (such as ordering the wrong size or color), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return within 10 business days and issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
8. Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you wish to receive.
9. What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost, please contact us immediately at support@lindgren-mode.com or call +1 313-335-7078. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a replacement.
10. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lindgren-mode.com. We process orders quickly, and cancellations can only be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but we can assist you with a return once you receive it.
11. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by either sending the correct item or processing a return and refund. Please make sure to include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item when you contact us.

13. What if I don’t like the product after receiving it?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition. However, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility if the return is due to ordering the wrong item (such as size or color).
14. How do I know if an item is in stock?
We do our best to keep our product availability updated on our website. However, if an item is out of stock after placing an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives, such as a full refund or a backorder option, depending on the situation.
