1. Payment Methods

We currently accept PayPal as the only payment method for all orders on Lindgren-Mode. PayPal provides a secure platform for making payments using your PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or credit/debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card via PayPal’s secure gateway.

2. Payment Security

We take the security of your personal and payment information very seriously. All payments made on Lindgren-Mode are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment gateway. Your financial data is never stored on our website.

PayPal uses industry-standard security measures to ensure your payment information is kept private and protected during transactions.

3. Order Processing

Once you complete your purchase and your payment is successfully processed, we will begin preparing your order for shipment. Lindgren-Mode processes orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

Please note that orders placed after 6:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

4. Order Confirmation

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details, including the items purchased, billing address, and payment summary.

5. Currency

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are using PayPal to complete your purchase, PayPal will handle the currency conversion if applicable based on your location and payment method.

6. Payment Issues

If you encounter any issues with processing your payment, such as an error message or declined payment, please double-check your payment details and ensure that your PayPal account or credit card has sufficient funds. 7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to orders as required by law for purchases shipped within the United States. The applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.

8. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your payment has been successfully processed, we begin working on your order. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lindgren-mode.com. We can only cancel or modify orders before they have been shipped. Once your order is in transit, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

9. Refunds

In the event of a return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item in its original, unused condition.

Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility if the customer made a wrong order (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.).

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms of Service. We may require additional verification of your payment details before processing an order. This is to ensure the security and safety of both our customers and our business.
